On this blog, I will provide the nutritional information of all my recipes. Please don’t take these as facts, but as a guideline. The nutrition of food can differ by brand or even by species! (I.e. Different varieties of tomato have different sugar content). I am not a nutritionist, and I get most of my information from non-scientific sources like MyFitnessPal. However I try to be as exact as possible, which is why I weigh most of my ingredients. I highly suggest you do the same! And remember, metric is best! 😉
