Healthy Banana Milkshake

This recipe is really perfect for satisfying your milkshake craving, and makes for a great breakfast. For some reason I’m never in the mood to drink a smoothie for breakfast, but a milkshake? I’m in.


  • 300 grams FROZEN banana (2 large or 3 small bananas)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • splash of vanilla extract



Put ingredients in a blender or blend with an immersion blender. May take a while to get started, if so add more water. Serve!
