Diet Stir fry

If you’ve ever heard of shirataki noodles or “miracle noodles” before, this is the way to make them. Takes less than 15 minutes, and it’s the perfect way to use leftovers from the dinner you made the night before. I’ve made this stir fry out of taco meat, pot sticker filling, and even leftover meatballs. Very yummy and VERY low calorie.


  • 1 pack shirataki noodles (I get mine online)
  • 1 portion left over meat (100 grams taco meat used here)
  • 1/2 cup green beans (or any leftover veggies)
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce (or any hot sauce you have)



Drain, rinse, and cut the noodles up thoroughly and put them in a dry pan on medium heat. You can cut the noodles in the colander if you don’t want to dirty a cutting board. Get the noodles as dry as possible while in the pan. Then add the rest of the ingredients and a little water (1 tbsp) if the stock cube has trouble dissolving. The dish is done when everything is nice and hot and well combined.
