Crunchy Fruit Salad

This recipe is super healthy and is great for breakfast or a light lunch. Or in my case, a snack. What can I say, I”m a big eater… The grapes and plums can be switched with any fruit you happen to have. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup sliced plums
  • 100 grams plain 1.5 % fat yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • 25 grams slivered almond
  • 1 tsp honey
  • pinch of cinnamon


Mix ingredients together and serve. Honey incorporates better with yogurt is mixed in a separate bowl.
