Chris’s Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings

I personally cannot grill for the life of me, so this recipe is my husband’s duty every time the weather is nice enough to grill. I am, however, allowed to prepare them, and this is how it’s done!


  • 1 large onion sliced into thick rings
  • 1 pack of bacon (100 grams)
  • 2 tsp siracha sauce (or any hot sauce you have)
  • Pinch of pepper (optional)



Squirt hot sauce and grind black pepper over onion rings, then wrap one or two slices of bacon around each ring and secure with toothpicks. Grill until delicious.
